Three well-appointed bedrooms have a queen bed and another has a full bed for a total occupancy of eight. There's a full bath on each level, as well as large, separate living and family rooms with TV"s, and a spacious kitchen. The main level living room boasts a cozy electric fireplace and unobstructed views of the tallest mountains in the state! Located conveniently between historic downtown, the library, & the local grocery, with easy access to the Mineral Belt Trail and Ice Palace Park, the Scalf House still feels private and peaceful. WiFi & cable are available for when you’re ready to come in after exploring the great outdoors or just playing in the large corner-lot yard.
