Applicant has the right to provide a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old and meets Aspen Leaf office policy requirements, as defined in 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and if Applicant provides PTSR Landlord is prohibited from charging Applicant an application fee or charging Applicant a fee for access or use of provided PTSR. Requirements include: Credit Score, Income, Contact Information, Criminal Record, Most Wanted, Sex Offender, & Eviction.
